These terms and conditions apply to any purchase made from baibaglass.com online
shop. When selecting an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
Please carefully read the terms and conditions before placing your order.


Orders


Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by
email. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. The order is not binding until
it is approved. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation with estimated time of delivery by email. If, for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be informed
at the earliest opportunity. If the BAIBA GLASS has already received payment for such
order, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same method used to make
the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, you will be
contacted to settle the refund.


Prices and payment


BAIBA GLASS online shop accepts the following credit cards:


Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card, American Express


All prices are indicated in EUR and tax/VAT is included. We offer to our clients worldwide
shipping with free delivery, tax and duties are not included.

BAIBA GLASS is not
responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in
case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be
advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.


Delivery and shipping

All pieces available for purchasing at baibaglass.com are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please expect a lead time of 8-16 weeks to make each object and ship your order.

For larger orders, the lead time can be up to 6 months. If you are interested in receiving a
quote for estimated delivery time, please contact [email protected].

 

You can also collect your purchase in Riga to avoid shipping costs. Please
contact [email protected] to arrange the visit.


Returns and refunds


Return of your purchase may be made within 14 days of receiving a piece purchased
directly through baibaglass.com. If you wish to return a piece, it must be undamaged,
unused and clean.

Please email [email protected] before sending your piece back to
confirm you are doing so.

Please inform of your shipping tracking number by email to [email protected]. You
must return the item in the original packaging. You should also make sure that the item is
properly wrapped when you return it. You carry the risk of the package yourself until it is
received. The costs associated with the return will be covered by you. The item must be
shipped no later than 14 days after you have notified that you wish to cancel your
purchase.

Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Private commissions and custom-made pieces cannot be returned or refunded.


Defects and complaints


The goods are insured in transit. Please verify the package and content upon receipt. In case of damaged items in transit, please email [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the package with attached photo evidence. In case of a complaint or an order not delivered, please contact [email protected].


Colour and shape
All glass pieces are made by hand in various hot glass techniques. Each piece is carefully created with precision and personality as one of a kind. By its nature, it is imperfect and unique. No two pieces are exactly the same, and small variations in form, thickness, colour and finish will occur between pieces.


Every effort is made to ensure colours appear as realistic as possible. However, due to the
constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers, the exact colour depiction cannot be guaranteed.


Care and use


To care for your glass goods, please hand rinse your pieces. They are not dishwasher
safe. Glassware pieces must be handled delicately to ensure that the items remain
undamaged and unscratched. BAIBA GLASS is not responsible for broken pieces from mishandling.


Security
BAIBA GLASS is committed to protecting your privacy. All information provided by you is
received securely through SSL and will not be disclosed to any unauthorised third parties.


Governing law
The agreement to sell and purchase items from baibaglass.com shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, excluding the conflict of law rules.
